  2. Proof of the defect or damage, such as clear photographs and videos, your name, contact number, and order number must be provided to initiate the return process.
  3. Refund and exchange can only be arranged under the following conditions:
    • If the durian is in sour or rotten condition, subject to approval; or
    • If the durian is damaged during the delivery process
  4. Once the defect or damage is verified, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  5. Refunds will be processed promptly, typically within 7 to 14 days.
  6. We prioritize the quality and freshness of our durians and take stringent measures to ensure they are in optimal condition upon delivery.
